Our client, an ambitious Investment Bank, are looking to add a Real Estate Investment analyst/product specialist to their growing investments/ valuation team.
he ideal canidate will have the following attributes/skills:
- Real Estate Valuations
- Strong market knowledge of the Italian Real Estate Market
- Analytical credit skills - (From the start to end of transaction process) vertically analyse situations
- Credit risk underwriting - across the whole transaction process
- Fluent in English - must be able to read & write a balance shseet and translate from Italian to English
Experience in the distressed, restrutcuring, UTP & NPL market is preferred but not compulsory. Our client are looking for a professional with a background in credit who has a deep understanding of the Italian Real Estate Market and has excellent valuation skills. The position will be based in Milan.
