Junior Investor Relations

For an International Bank, we are looking for a Junior Investor Relations.

The candidate works closely with AD, Head of IR and other members of the Investor Relations team supporting and collaborating with them.

Responsibilities

- Assisting in the preparation of financial communication materials, including press releases, earnings reports, and presentations for quarterly and annual results;

- Collaborating with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of financial information to analysts, investors, and other stakeholders;

- Monitoring and analysing financial market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing investor relations strategies;

- Maintaining and updating the investor relations database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date contact information for investors;

- Assisting in managing inquiries from investors, analysts, and the media, providing timely responses or redirecting to appropriate team members as needed;

- Participating in the preparation and execution of annual shareholder meetings and proxy materials.

- Keep informed about industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in investor relations to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team.

Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics;
- 2-3 years of experience in Investor Relations Departments of listed companies or structured private companies, Investment Banking, Consulting or a similar role within the financial services sector;
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment processes, and regulatory requirements;
- A solid grounding in financial modelling;  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with investor relations databases and tools;
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent fluent English level, spoken and written. Other languages would be valued.
