Tikehau Capital is an asset management and investment group, which manages €15.9 billion of assets (as at 30 September 2018), with shareholders’ equity of €2.3 bn (as at 30 June 2018). The Group invests in various asset classes (private debt, real estate, private equity and liquid strategies), including through its asset management subsidiary Tikehau IM, on behalf of institutional and private investors. Controlled by its managers, alongside leading institutional partners, Tikehau Capital employs 260 staff (as at 30 September 2018) in its Paris, London, Brussels, Madrid, Milan, New York, Seoul and Singapore offices.

The candidate role will be to support Tikehau Investment Management (“TIM”) in the distribution of its close-ended and open-ended funds to Institutional, wholesale clients and family offices in Italy.  The position is based in Milan.

His/her main tasks will be:

  • Develop good understanding of Private Debt, Private Equity and Real Estate
  • Distribute all Tikehau products (debt, equity and real estate) addressing institutional and wholesale clients
  • Expand and further enhance relationships with current investors
  • Develop new clients
  • Organize roadshows and events liaising with Portfolio Managers in London/ Paris
  • Contribute to product development with continuous market feedback to Portfolio Managers
  • Increase awareness of Tikehau Capital

Profile:

  • Excellent academic background (Business or Engineering degree from university)
  • 5-7 years of experience either in Consulting, Financial Services or Sales position within an asset manager
  • Good understanding of both public and private markets
  • Excellent problem solving capabilities, pro-activeness, high adaptability and reliability
  • Dynamic, result oriented, with an international and team-playing mindset
  • Good standing. Above average level of personal maturity
  • Italian mother tongue and English fluency (French is a plus)
  • CFA/ CAIA certification is a plus
