Over almost 200 years, we have built a multinational group that is present in more than 60 countries, with 470 companies and nearly 80,000 employees. Our group aims to become the standard bearer and industry leader in the European retail insurance market, building on our existing base of 50 million retail clients, out of an overall total of 72 million.
 
The Event Hub takes care of Corporate events, with the participation of the Top management team.
 
The successful candidate will support the head of function in designing, planning and organizing both internal and external Corporate events, including the following activities:
 
  • Coordinating and supervising the activities of the service providers (logistics and communication agencies, general services)
  • Liaising with the relevant Group Head Office functions to define format and topics of the event
  • Managing the events’ plan and maintaining it constantly updated
  • Creating contents, presentations and invitations related to the events
  • Checking post-event surveys and analyzing the results to monitor the effectiveness of the events, taking actions to find areas of improvement
  • Checking that the requested activities are covered by the available budget regularly controlling budget and purchasing activities 
  • Acting proactively trying to understand and anticipate needs and solve possible issues
  • Dealing with suppliers and diverse stakeholders
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
 
Must have:
  • Master degree, preferably communications or marketing.
  • 5+ years’ experience in corporate communication and events management, preferably in financial institutions
  • Proven successful experience in complex project management (reference may be required)
  • Proven experience in managing teams and in cooperating with other functions
  • Ability to manage relationship with all stakeholder from Top Management to external provider
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in global and complex environment
  • Creativity and graphic design will be considered a plus
