Our Milan office has been established in Italy since July 2017. It aims to attract highly motivated, professional and dedicated individuals.

 

Job Description


In order to sustain our growing business in Italy, we are currently looking for an experienced Real Estate Broker & Corporate Representative to join our Real Estate Agency business in Milan.

The main responsibilities of the position will include the following:

  • Act as primary Real Estate Broker for LINK Group’s Italian Real Estate Agency (“Link REA”) Propel our growth even further by developing optimal strategies which exceed new and existing client objectives.
  • Target and drive the disposal of hundreds of RE assets and units (across multiple asset classes within our portfolios
  • Build relationships with and pitch wider Link Italian business to many of the largest investors/ sellers across the country/region
  • Undertake the role of sole Corporate Representative for LINK Group’s Italian Real Estate Agency
  • Along with the board of directors, ensure that the corporate responsibilities are discharged and that the entity is operating in line with local laws.
  • Evaluate performance, create targets along with local market teams, and support the teams to meet targets
  • Develop and maintain a network of regional and national agents and broker partners to drive the supply pipeline
  • Supervise the prospecting, qualification, pitching, and closing of new real estate opportunities
  • Oversee and guide the negotiation and structuring of deals by leveraging other Link Italian resources including teams dedicated to market analysis and underwriting
  • Proactive management of assigned portfolio of real estate assets including implementation of disposal strategies
  • Ability to determine optimal strategies with reference to underlying values and property market trends
  • Strongly and proactively manage external stakeholders and relationships (investors and intermediaries) to ensure multiple options for recovery exits
  • Craft, negotiate, and support contracts with a focus on commercial terms

 

Qualifications


The Real Estate Broker & Corporate Representative should have the following:  

  • A Broker Licence as awarded by FIMAA (Federazione Italiana Mediatori Agenti D’Affari) - http://www.fimaa.it/
  • University Degree - subject should include Real Estate as a core element;
  • At least 10+ years of relevant Corporate experience in the real estate sector, preferably in a transactional role within an institutional player an advantage
  • A powerful network. The ability to engage with anyone in the country/region, particularly when it comes to real estate
  • Ability to negotiate high value Real Estate focused deals (singular and portfolio) ensuring that maximum recovery is achieved
  • Excellent inter-personal skills with both clients and employees, leadership and ability to share knowledge
  • Effective communicator, influencer and negotiator with an ability to communicate at all levels
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, rapid growth environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience of working in a client facing role and of negotiating with investors and their representatives
  • Demonstrate an organised approach to work, and an ability to prioritise and reprioritise when necessary to ensure critical tasks are delivered accurately and by the agreed deadlines
  • Fluent in English and Italian (any other language would be considered as an asset)
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages with the ability to learn quickly other relevant systems
