Job Description

Link Asset Services is looking for a QA Analyst in our Banking and Credit Management unit.

The QA Analyst will be responsible for performing a program of QA activities across existing multi -client mandates, ensuring that quality is embedded in all stages of our service delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to have a working knowledge of the key controls and regulations which govern the client mandates.

  • Working collaboratively with Business units to review, prepare and present detailed findings/MI reporting packs to all key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Manage and co-ordination the day to day the clients QA requirements for the mandate(s), in conjunction with the QA & Risk Manager, ensuring that all agreed activities are carried out in an effective manner and on a timely basis in line with agreed KPI/SLA where applicable.
  • Performance of QA assurance testing, including monthly ongoing monitoring and quarterly thematic reviews
  • Ensuring that all outcomes from QA activities are appropriately tracked, communicated and remediated
  • The delivery of operational QA/Risk training, liaising with business SMEs to ensure training is delivered in line with the mandate(s) Training Plan
  • Maintenance and review of QA and operational procedures, control libraries, guidance notes and templates
  • Supporting the Head of Risk & QA Client Services, QA & Risk Managers in attending relevant governance and steering committees
  • Co-ordination of Client Assurance Reviews, Audits and any associated actions to closure.




  • Circa 3 years' experience working in a related field
  • Experience in an audit/assurance, risk or compliance area is preferable, although not essential.
  • Knowledge of the Irish regulatory environment with regards to banking, including specific knowledge of the Central Bank Codes of Conduct
  • Ability to demonstrate a disciplined and systematic approach to work with a proven capability of working effectively on own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks, demonstrating strong organisational skills
  • Track record of demonstrating a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and a track record of successfully meeting deadlines
  • Able to interact personably and professionally with staff and customers of all levels as well as with senior executives both within and outside the company
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate across different levels, both verbally and in writing. Excellent report writing skills are a prerequisite.
  • Can demonstrate a high awareness of and adherence to confidentiality and standards of professionalism
