  • Management of P&L and key business drivers, including new customer growth, issuing sales growth & market share penetration
  • Manage affluent card with full business view from Product growth, revenue growth, portfolio growth, expense management and customer activation/loyalty/retention
  • Review, formulate and execute product strategies to grow market share & enhance profitability via products on book and potential new partnerships
  • Deliver sharp differentiated value propositions, keeping ahead of the competition, and aligning to global/regional guidelines & framework 
  • Adopting global standards that enable local empowerment
  • Own the customer journey from initial engagement through to product/account closure
  • Deepen relationships through rewards & loyalty, managing the effective cost per point and LRM with relevant offers, privileges and customized engagement
  • Explore and realize product feature/process improvement   
  • Manage/Drive execution of product programs/ campaigns, working closely with Marketing, E-business, Legal, Compliance & Decision management
  • Monitor and analyse performance of marketing campaigns to ensure results are on track and if not, to identify the problems and recommend solutions
  • Deliver client excellence, achieving leadership in top down NPS for the applicable segment and rNPS & overall cards segment NPS
  • Run business in control with laws, regulations and our own policies to protect the brand and the franchise


  • University graduate preferably in finance, statistics, or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of experience in the financial industry with at least 3 years in relevant card/banking product experience
  • Strong understanding of unsecured lending drivers, products & functions specifically P&L management
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Work independently and willing to take up challenges
  • Proactive and adopt to dynamic environment
  • Creative, highly organized, good team player and with strong initiatives
