We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Premier Proposition Development Manager- 18 months contract.

Principal responsibilities

  • Manage an industry leading differentiated Premier proposition which drives value and supports delivery of the RBWM Strategy.
  • Work on initiatives to develop the Premier proposition, defining the customer proposition for Premier globally and working with country teams to deploy Premier 2.0 and Premier NextGen.
  • Work with relevant global and market teams to drive enhancement to the end to end customer experience for Premier customers
  • Increase overall Premier customer value through fact-based understanding of Premier customer needs, value drivers, revenue pools and costs to service
  • Drive collaboration with the Retail and Wealth product teams, ensuring that across HSBC, available customer and analytical insight is used to ensure products are well aligned to Premier customer needs.
  • Work with RBWM Executive Management in creating the Group Propositions story in such a way that the change process is managed to the advantage of the smooth implementation of all propositional changes.
  • Manage the whole Customer portfolio, specifically around; onboarding, cross selling and retention.
  • Be responsible for work globally around the retention of more customers, across Proposition, liaising and driving resource to be able to satisfy the fulfilment of this key strategy.

  • University degree, preferably in Finance, Business and Marketing
  • Solid experience in providing relevant insight and research , ideally in a banking environment
  • A commercial and customer centric mindset with knowledge in FX, equities, assets allocation and property market.
  • Highly motivated, self starting individual with a strong desire to make an impact
  • Ability to create presentations, acting as a spokesperson at conferences, seminars and in front of media
  • Proficiency in English and ideally Cantonese. Mandarin a plus
