With strong customer first business philosophy, this company is known for its commitment to drive various customer centric strategies. With continuous determination to further strengthen its Customer Experience team, they are currently looking for a passionate individual to drive pioneer customer loyalty campaigns.
Your new role
Reporting to senior management, you will play a key part in managing and executing different customer loyalty programs. With solid previous experience handling similar projects, you will demonstrate in-depth understanding on behaviour in the consumer market, utilising data to define trends enhancing customer loyalty. You will also work closely with the marketing team to heavily promote different loyalty campaigns to the market.
