We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Distribution Support Assistant Manager.

Principal responsibilities​
  • Provide technical and advance sales support to sales intermediaries in Retail Distribution as requested or required.
  • Identify and resolve issues in cooperation with channel management
  • Track sales MI and identify sales opportunities and challenges for the distribution partner in order to facilitate business driving.
  • Disseminate market intelligence on product offerings, competitive nature of High Net Worth products and any process changes to distribution channel
  • Monitor and ensure quality of customer services provided by sales force as well as operations
  • Maintain and gather feedback from sales force and revert to High Net Worth team


Qualifications
Requirements​
  • Degree required, professional qualification preferred
  • Solid years of working experience, with experiences in sales or sales support experience in Retail, Commercial or High Net Worth space
  • Specialist product knowledge in Universal Life with demonstrated experience of handling Universal Life product sales
  • Possess the technical and operational expertise and experience to deliver the full and complete customer and business partner quality experience individually and collectively
  • Must be able to drive business results using excellent commercial judgment and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Be a self motivated, self started with the ability to act and perform with minimal direction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
