We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Digital Channel Assistant Manager Public Web Site .

Principal responsibilities
  • ​Prepares presentations and reports by liaising with different teams, collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Researches information regarding benchmarks and trends.
  • Supports Public Web Site Lead and manager to align with stakeholders on ways of working and digital opportunities.
  • Assists Public Web Site Lead and Public Web Site Manager to organize various projects of the website.
  • Keeps track of cross functional projects through liaising with relevant parties.
  • Update, centralize and maintain Public Web Site information pages and literature for XFT teams to access.
  • Plans meetings by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments.

  • ​Relevant degree in business and marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Past experience in marketing or media or e-commerce preferred.
  • Project management experience relevant to business, media and marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in traffic, convert visitors into leads and then nurture them into converted, engaged customers.
  • Fluent verbal and written English language proficiency.
  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese is a bonus.
  • Technical knowledge on CMS tools and other website management tools is a plus.
