We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager.

Principal responsibilities ​
  • Check and validate all clients related payments and transactions for PB-HK, PB-SG and PWS
  • Provide training for Junior staff
  • Provide monthly report and data to direct supervisor on time
  • Snag case handling
  • Provide competent, standard and professional services to internal customer and coworkers
  • Perform administrative and operational support to the team
  • Participate in UAT for new products and system
  • Ensure the correctness of funding position to avoid operation losses from error
  • Assist Manager and Line Manager to monitor the daily transaction's quantity and quality can achieve the Services Standard
  • Evaluate and recommend the improvement of daily processing to Manager and Line Manager
  • Ensure the daily process is accuracy and smooth to follow bank's policy and procedure

  • University Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
  • Proven experience in a similar role or back office support
  • Experience in international banking and AML, due diligence is an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good command of computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
