M&A Analyst - Elite Boutique (Frankfurt)

Location: Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany

My client is a leading US headquartered Investment Banking boutique. Off the back of two record-breaking years, a flourish of high revenue generating MD level hires and significant European (German) investment, we are keen to make a number of Analyst level hires.

Responsibilities:

• Develop complex financial models
• Analyse various investment attributes of publicly traded and privately held companies
• Support execution of active transactions 
• Work closely with Senior MDs on small deal teams

Qualifications

• Between 6 months – 2 years of postgraduate investment banking experience in M&A/Corporate Finance
• Strong Excel/financial modelling skills
• Bilingual English/German speaker
