Senior Wealth Planner (private trust)

Apply knowledge of private trusts for HNWI clients and UHNWI clients, advising them on its usage, benefits, structures, application and administration.

Job description

Mix elements of advisory, business development and sales, with the emphasis on the application and use of trust structures in a wealth management setting;

Apply knowledge of private trusts for HNWI clients and UHNWI clients, advising them on its usage, benefits, structures, application and administration;

Gain greater knowledge of, and cross-sell, investment products, and related to that, ensure compliance of relevant rules and regulations;

Work with closely with other business units including RM, compliance and operation team;

Be a role from nurturing relationships, advisory, execution, supporting new business projects, and maintaining customer delight. Travelling as necessary to meet clients and new prospects;

Qualifications

Degree holder in law, accounting, tax or similar discipline

Qualified accountant (CPA) or lawyer, STEP qualification preferred;

Experience working in a major law firm, financial institution, private banking or trust company preferred;

Knowledge of trusts structures and experience of working with trusts preferred;

Solid collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills;

Talent for client acquisition and client service. Experience on servicing mainland clients preferred;

Fluent in Mandarin and English.
