Better requires process discipline and simplification
Being a Senior Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for end to end hiring process for our business up to senior level across different business units. You will have a good understanding of candidate attraction, including sourcing tools, and different job boards. You are used to working closely with candidates with a track record in building relationships and a strong focus on the candidate experience.

For such a key role, you will have solid hands-on experience ideally from an in-house or RPO environment. You would also have worked with in-house recruitment systems and will have a good understanding of talent market. As a seasoned professional, you are used to analyzing complex data and use the same for key decision making. You would have experience working in close collaboration with partners and stakeholders based locally as well as globally in an SLA focused environment. Fluency in German and English is essential.
