Service Desk (IT)

Our client is a leading global enterprise business who is looking to bring a permanent level 1 Service Desk Analyst into the business to help support their current technology environment.

To be successful in this role you should have the below experience:

  • Experience working with the Oracle platform and providing level 1 support to an Oracle environment.
  • Windows technologies (Windows 7/10, Server, Exchange)
  • This role will require you to have experience in setting up PCs, installing software's updating printers and File Servers.
  • Active Directory is helpful for this position.
  • Dealing with various levels of stakeholders, you will be required to speak directly with stakeholders based in Korea and read Korean text in raised tickets
  • Working in a team environment, learning off experienced professionals


To be suitable you will need:
  • Minimum of an Australian PR
  • Bilingual - You will need to speak directly with stakeholders based in Korea.
  • An IT degree or certification
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive "can do" attitude, the willingness to learn and the ability to tackle problems head on
  • Ideally some experience around trouble shooting or demonstrated interest in computers and IT (eg. Building computers in spare time)
  • Ability to work under pressure and excellent customer service skills
