Gas Trader (Relocation to Lyon)

Within the Trading and market analysis team you will be responisble for the natural gas trading activities. You will work with the other traders and analysts of the team in order to maximise PnL. You will perfom proprietary trading especially on the TTF and PEG markets on every maturities. You will also participate to elaborate cross commodity (Power, Gas, Emission) trading strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Generate maximum PnL by trading on the whole european natural gas market
• Put in place spark spread trading strategies
• Develop our gas trading business activities
• Perform and share analysis on the gas market
• Be pro-active to find any kind of profitable opportunity
• Collaborate with the IT team to prioritise and improve our tools and system

Requirements :

• Engineering, business school or master degree in either statistics, mathematics, financial component
• Experience in proprietary trading in the european gas market
• Good knowledge of european gas market
• Knowledge in power and EUA markets is a plus
