The ETF Sales in Italy will work on defining a local sales strategy, develop and expand the distribution of ETFs in Italy with great knowledge of asset managers, family offices, discretionaly portfolio managers, and institutional ETF users. An ideal candidate would have a background in ETFs, also have a keen interest in being client facing and coordinating with existing sales team joint efforts to deploy our ETF offering.
The ETF sales Italy will be responsible of:
- Developing a comprehensive sales plan for Italy in line with sales targets
- Coordinating and implementing sales, relationship and distribution activities towards all client types and prospects in the region
- Build a pipeline of new business opportunities and maintain detailed and up to date information on Salesforce
- Building strong internal relationships with the Investment teams and other relevant internal functions to deliver the best service to clients and prospects
- Further developing and reinforcing existing client relationships including cross-selling when possible
- Working with clients, intermediaries, product development and the investment teams to develop new product ideas
- Supporting actively the close cooperation with the internal transversal teams

Education / Qualifications:
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of sales experience in asset management, with experience from other ETF providers
- Proven track record on sales achievements in the ETF space in the region
- Knowledge and skills:
- Strong relationship and presenting skills, with ability to identify business opportunities, initiate contact and close new business
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven success in delivering high quality presentations to a broad range of clients
- Very good/deep technical and product knowledge
