AVP M&A - Generalist - Milan

We are looking for an experienced AVP M&A Generalist to join our client's team in Milan. Our client is one of the leading Investment Banks in the country, working with various industries and sectors.

Responsibilities:

* Work on M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side deals
* Assist in deal origination and execution
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Conduct market research and analysis
* Prepare financial models, presentations and reports
* Work closely with other teams and departments

Skills:

* 6-8 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A
* Generalist M&A experience (experience in Consumer/TMT is a plus)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
* Italian speaker
