A major advisory consulting firm are looking a number of compliance professionals to add to a global capital markets and risk capability. The team focus on major change and transformation projects within compliance functions across a broad range of topics to improve day to day operations.

The Business Analyst (Compliance Transformation, Risk, Management Consulting) will focus on change projects looking at Compliance optimisation, organisation change, compliance intelligence and driving cultural change in banks. The team have a project onsite with every major financial institution in the UK, offering exceptional variety.

A successful Business Analyst (Compliance Transformation, Risk, Management Consulting) will:

  • Have Management Consulting experience
  • Compliance function experience in areas like: Compliance Advisory, Central Compliance, Conduct Risk, Culture change, Surveillance or Regulatory relations
  • Have deep financial services exposure
  • Have change delivery experience across either organisational change, project management or process improvement
  • Have exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Be educated to degree level

Nice to have experience for a Business Analyst (Compliance Transformation, Risk, Management Consulting):

  • CISI, ICA or equivalent certifications
