Based in Changi, you will be supporting the Middle office operations team in administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to move into the bank and to experience the day to day operations within a private banking unit

  • Providing administrative support for the team
  • Scanning of client documents
  • Answering calls and data entry
  •   Perform Pre-disbursement/Documentation checks for Auto financing
  •   Liasing with sales or dealers on auto related matters
  •   Receiving of Mortgage and Auto financing documents over counter
  •   Release of cashier order(s) issued for Mortgage disbursements over counter
  •   Perform data entry
  •   Sorting and batching of documents
  •   Document retrieval / archival
  •   Perform general administrative duties relating to Mortgage and Auto financing
  •   Other adhoc tasks

 

Requirements

  • Candidate needs to have good communication skills
  • Candidate must have a minimum Nitec/Diploma in a banking or finance related field
  • Candidate needs to be a team player
  • Singaporeans only
