Do you have good interpersonal skills? Are you skilled at resolving issues? We're looking for someone like that to:
– establish yourself as a trusted partner for existing FX Prime Brokerage clients in Asia
– respond to client queries related to the day-to-day use of our platform and the FX Prime Brokerage Business
– assist global FX client managers in APAC with ad-hoc requests
– facilitate smooth onboarding and training for new clients and building client relationships with them.
– act as the point of contact between clients and our internal teams
– provide support and partnering our Sales team in client reviews and meetings
– challenge the status quo to improve processes, reduce risks, strengthen controls and increase customer satisfaction

You'll be working in the Client Service team in Singapore supporting the FX Prime Brokerage Business. We are part of a regional Client Service team covering FX Prime Brokerage, Exchange Trade Derivatives and Equites Prime Brokerage businesses. We aim to provide excellent client service to our clients and be a partner to the businesses.
Your experience and skills
– At least 1 years' experience in the Financial Industry with knowledge of Foreign Exchange
– excellent communication skills (client service experience in financial industry is preferable)
– a passion for dealing with clients and strong numerical skills
– the proven ability to build, maintain and enhance relationships at all levels
– strong attention to detail
– ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
– comfortable working with internal and external clients
– skilled at looking for ways to improve (you're a keen observer and problem solver)
