- Compute sales incentive using prevailing systems/means each month/quarter accurately,
completely and timely.
- Ensure sales incentives computations are done in accordance with approvals and per laid
down documentation.
- Ensure close loop of all queries from sales staff on their incentives payments
- Compute tactical sales incentive payments in support of business segments by adapting
prevailing systems and processes
- To change & apply payment results templates, based on scheme approval documents and
raise incidents of delay or omissions in transmission of approval documents.
- To process all payments timely & appeals till resolution & maintain procedural documentation
for all process i.e. payment, adjustments & arbitration, etc.
- To ensure source parties adhere to the required data feeds & raise alerts to unit manager all
possible deviations & non-compliance.
- Assist the unit manager to work with the business/product leads to plan and operationalise the
harmonisation with adhoc & prevailing payment programs to new requirements.

- Degree with minimum of 1 to 2 yrs in banking industry preferably in sales of wealth and
insurance products
- Team management skills and ability to manage/resolve conflict Possess project management
- Experience in the Banking industry, esp. in sales of Insurance, Investments and Loans
- Experience in incentive based compensation planning and management
- Possess decision-making and problem-solving
