A global leading asset management company is looking for a motivated Sales Support to join the Institutional business development. Cantonese, English and Korean speaking candidate is a plus. Fresh graduates will be also considered.


  • Prepares sales presentations for the Sales Head / Sales Executives’ client meetings. This requires working closely with the Sales, Products / Capital Markets and Marketing teams to ensure high level of quality and consistency
  • Provides sales administrative support to the Sales Executives, including sending information to clients after meetings
  • Maintains client distribution lists, and send out market / product updates on a regular or ad hoc basis
  • Works with the Marketing team to support the Sales Head and Sales Executives’ attendance at conferences and events; Work with office administrator to arrange logistics for Sales’ business travels
  • Ensures that the Client Relationship Management database is fully up to date and accurate
  • Conducts market research to gather business insights
  • Translates sales presentation / RFP from English to Chinese (Traditional Chinese Characters) and vice versa, as required
  • Participates in projects and performs other related duties as assigned



  • Undergraduate degree required
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); High proficiency in reading and
  • writing Traditional Chinese is required
  • Minimum of two years general experience. 1 year+ experience in asset management sales support role and understanding of products and services to clients would be advantageous
  • Familiar with the overall financial industry would be a great advantage
  • In depth knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Strong client focus and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude; A self-motivated team player, with a collaborative mindset
  • Travel may be required
